What you’ll do in this apprenticeship
You’ll be part of a friendly, fast-paced office team and learn the day-to-day running of a professional legal practice. Your tasks will include:
- Reception duties including answering calls, handling voicemails, taking messages, and emailing the right team members
- Post in and out
- Sending stationery out to consultants
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies
- Meeting and greeting clients and answering the door phone
- Using IT systems confidently for everyday admin tasks
- Preparing welcome letters and invoices

Training provider: Lincoln College (Level 3 Business Administrator)
You’ll work towards the Business Administrator (Level 3) apprenticeship standard with Lincoln College. Training is structured around your job, with college attendance once a month and dedicated support from a work-based trainer. All learning takes place within your contracted working hours.
